Job Description:

The Sales Representative Intern will play a crucial role in expanding the organization's footprint through customer acquisition and sales efforts.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills in business development, account management, and relationship-building within a growing technology-driven organization.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to learn, with a strong desire to contribute meaningfully to the team's success.


Responsibilities:
  • Customer Acquisition: Assist in identifying and researching potential leads, supporting the on-boarding process for new agents, and automating parts of the agent application and verification process.
  • Sales: Prepare sales presentations and pitches, follow up with leads, and track progress through the sales funnel.
  • Account Management: Act as a point of contact for newly on-boarded agents, track and analyze agent activity, and implement strategies to improve agent retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles is an advantage.
