We are seeking a skilled professional to ensure data integrity and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Security Configuration
- Configure and manage Microsoft 365 security features.
- Design and enforce security policies to minimize risks.
- Implement compliance strategies for regulatory frameworks.
- Maintain and audit compliance policies across all services.
- Develop data loss prevention strategies.
- Monitor data activities for potential vulnerabilities and breaches.
- Coordinate incident response plans.
- Investigate and resolve security incidents promptly.
- Train staff on security best practices and compliance guidelines.
- Create documentation and conduct workshops to improve organizational security awareness.
- Develop reports on security compliance for management review.
- Conduct regular security audits and implement corrective actions.
- Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Microsoft 365 security and compliance.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 security features.
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication for remote collaboration.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.

- Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals
- Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate
