Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of CRM solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deploy CRM solutions to meet business requirements
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service)
  • Develop and optimize workflows, plugins, Power Automate flows, and custom applications
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems, ERP, and third-party applications
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business needs and translate them into technical solutions
  • Perform data migration, system upgrades, and performance optimization
  • Ensure CRM solutions comply with security, data governance, and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues and provide support for end-users

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement)
  • Strong proficiency in Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse
  • Expertise in customizing forms, entities, business rules, workflows, and security roles
  • Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Azure services is a plus
