Job Description

The Digital Transformation Leader will play a crucial role in driving innovation and digital transformation across our organization. The successful candidate will lead the development of digital strategies, oversee the management of digital programs, and build partnerships with local solution providers, NGOs, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced university degree in International Affairs, International Relations, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum five years of professional experience in ICT management, business analysis, or similar.
  • Experience with program, digital, product, and/or data innovations in low-bandwidth settings.
  • Ability to identify, design, and implement solutions for large-scale projects with technical components.
