Job Role
The Building Sector Field Sales Specialist will drive sales and build meaningful relationships within the relevant stakeholders at ongoing sites in the marketplace.
They will identify and target potential clients in active building sites, develop a robust pipeline, and guide prospects through the sales process to achieve set targets.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, client-focused, and knowledgeable about the building and construction sector.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue potential clients in active building sites.
- Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline with detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Conduct on-site visits and product demonstrations to showcase the quality and value of our interior decor solutions.
- Record and document all customer engagement from targeting as prescribed in the playbook.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored product solutions.
- Provide detailed reports on client interest, conversion rates, closed deals, and reasons for lost opportunities.

- Experience following up and nurturing relationships over long periods.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital sales tools.
- Discovery skills enable them to identify and build trust in order to optimize sales approaches.

- Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide solutions.
