We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee immigration compliance and HR operational excellence. This role requires a strong understanding of labor laws, both local and international.

About the Role

">
  • This role is responsible for supervising immigration compliance and ensuring legal adherence, stakeholder coordination, and support for global strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain and regularly update country-specific immigration guides in response to policy or legal changes.
  • Manage relationships with internal teams and external consultants, legal advisors, and relevant authorities.
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of work permit applications.
  • Proactively flag and report staff relocations to support audit readiness.
  • Lead the implementation and oversight of the understudy requirement/program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of employment contracts.
  • Monitor and ensure that all staff disclose conflicts of interest.
  • Provide compliance oversight during onboarding, role changes, and exits.
  • Support and lead global HR initiatives that improve efficiency and compliance of HR operations.
