Job Description
The Role of a HR AssociateWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in all aspects of learning, leadership development, and talent mobility.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate procurement and financial administration tasks.
- Provide systems support in UNFPA's ERP system Quantum.
- Track and report on the progress of talent management initiatives.
- Liaise with regional and/or HQ HR Business Partner teams.
- Contribute to communications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology or related fields.
Experience: At least 6 years of experience in human resources management, learning and development, talent management, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development.
Skills: Strong communication skills, analytical skills, project management skills, data collection and reporting skills.
Languages: Fluency in English. Knowledge of other official UN languages is desirable.
