We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Crystal Recruitment Ltd's prestigious 5-Star Hotel in South Sudan.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guest services. They will also supervise a team of office staff, including receptionists, security guards, and call center agents.
Main Accountabilities- Coordinate front desk activities
- Schedule shifts and provide exceptional customer service
- Train, supervise, and support office staff
- Ensure front desk is well-equipped and organized
- Monitor stock and order office supplies
- Prepare and monitor office expenses
- Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager
- Degree in front office management or related course
- Client services or management experience
- Hands-on experience with office machines
- Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management, and basic bookkeeping procedures
- Proficiency in English
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
