Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive kitchen strategies to drive business growth, increase customer satisfaction, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with hotel management to create innovative menus, promotional offers, and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth and enhance customer engagement.
• Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and labor costs to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and maintain profit margins.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and guests.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing kitchen teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Head Chef in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants, with a strong understanding of kitchen operations, menu planning, and cost control.
• Advanced degree in culinary science or related field, with expertise in menu engineering, kitchen design, and supply chain management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to deliver exceptional results.
• Proficient in MS Office, restaurant management software, and POS systems, with experience in inventory management, payroll processing, and supply chain coordination.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, managing multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
