Requirements:
• 1+ year of experience in a similar role
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting customer expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, with a strong focus on attention to detail and quality control
• High school diploma or equivalent required, vocational training or certification preferred
