Job Description

The Dining Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our dining outlets, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional dining experience. This role involves leading a team of food and beverage staff, including waiters, bartenders, and hostesses, to deliver high-quality service and exceed guest expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership and Team Development:
  • Lead and motivate a team of food and beverage staff to achieve performance goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve service standards, menu knowledge, and customer service skills.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and provide feedback.
Service Delivery:
  • Ensure that all dining areas are well-organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Monitor and adjust service pace to meet guest demand and optimize table turnover.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints.
Quality Assurance:
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor food and beverage presentation, portion sizes, and temperature to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.
  • Address any deviations from standards promptly, providing feedback and coaching to staff as needed.
