We are seeking a highly skilled Servicing Excellence Manager to oversee the operations of our dining outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction. This role involves supervising and supporting the food and beverage team, including waiters, bartenders, and hostesses, in delivering high-quality dining experiences.
Main Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership and Training:
- Supervise and mentor food and beverage staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate service expectations, review daily specials, and address any operational issues or concerns.
- Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer service protocols to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Coordinate dining spaces setup, including table arrangements, linens, and tableware, to ensure a welcoming and organized environment for guests.
- Manage seating assignments, and guest flow to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue.
- Oversee service activities during peak dining hours, ensuring efficient and attentive service to guests and timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Interact with guests proactively to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
- Monitor dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation, making adjustments as needed to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, offering personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance their dining experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Monitor food and beverage presentation, portion sizes, and temperature to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Address any deviations from standards promptly, providing feedback and coaching to staff as needed to maintain quality and consistency.
