">- As a front office representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support.
- You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and processing customer payments.
- Maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and performing administrative tasks will be an essential part of your role.
- You will communicate effectively with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely updates and resolutions.
- A clean and organized reception area is crucial, so you will be responsible for maintaining this space.
- You will assist with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks, order parts from suppliers, and monitor inventory levels.
- Managing emails, forwarding them to relevant personnel, and entering customer information into our system will also be key responsibilities.
- Generating reports on customer inquiries and appointments will be an important aspect of your role.
