Job Summary
">- We are seeking a skilled and friendly customer service representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for greeting them warmly, answering their questions, and addressing any concerns they may have in a professional and helpful manner.
- You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, either in person or over the phone, and managing phone calls by answering, taking messages, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintaining records, filing documents, and assisting with general office duties will be an essential part of your role.
- You will process customer payments, provide receipts, and update customers on the progress of repairs while communicating with suppliers.
- A clean and organized reception area is crucial, so you will be responsible for maintaining this space.
- You will order parts from suppliers, assist with invoicing and bookkeeping tasks, monitor and maintain inventory levels of office supplies, check and manage emails, and forward them to the relevant personnel.
- Entering customer information and other data into our computer system will also be a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
