Telesales and Customer Service Opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inbound and Outbound Telecommunications Representative to join our team. As a Telesales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers. Your primary goal is to promote our range of services, effectively communicate with customers, and build strong relationships. You will also utilize computer tools and software to record sales interactions, manage leads, track progress, meet and exceed set sales targets and quotas. Furthermore, you will continuously enhance your service knowledge and telesales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • • Make Inbound/outbound sales calls to connect with potential and existing customers.
    • Promote and explain the range of services to generate sales.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
    • Utilize computer tools and software to record sales interactions, manage leads, and track progress.
    • Meet and exceed set sales targets and quotas.
    • Continuously enhance his/her service knowledge and telesales techniques.
