**Job Overview:**

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Develop and maintain detailed guidelines for quality control procedures
  • Update our Quality Management System with incident reports, fixes, and improvements
  • Determine key quality metrics for all production processes
  • Monitor production cycles and conduct regular testing to identify potential defects
  • Analyze and investigate product complaints and reported quality issues
  • Develop and update company complaint and inspection procedures
