Hospitality Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Hotel Waterbuck Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our dining outlets, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership and Training: Provide guidance, coaching, and support to food and beverage staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate service expectations and review daily specials.
• Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer service protocols.
• Service Coordination: Coordinate dining spaces setup, manage seating assignments, and guest flow to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue.
• Oversee service activities during peak dining hours to ensure efficient and attentive service to guests.
• Guest Relations: Interact with guests proactively to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Monitor dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation, portion sizes, and temperature to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.
Requirements
This role requires a Diploma in hotel management, previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, and strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations are also essential.
