Job Description

The Food and Beverage Supervisor will be responsible for leading the food and beverage team and ensuring that all aspects of food and beverage service meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Staff Management: Supervise and mentor food and beverage staff, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  • Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of food and beverages to guests, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Quality Control: Monitor food and beverage presentation, portion sizes, and temperature to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.

Requirements

  • Diploma in hotel management is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve performance goals.
