Hotel Waterbuck Limited seeks an experienced Dining Operations Supervisor to lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional service and guest satisfaction. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our dining outlets, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor food and beverage staff to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality dining experiences.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate service expectations and review daily specials.
• Train new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer service protocols.

• Coordinate dining spaces setup, manage seating assignments, and guest flow to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue.
• Oversee service activities during peak dining hours to ensure efficient and attentive service to guests.

• Interact with guests proactively to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and courteously.
• Monitor dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.

• Conduct regular inspections of food and beverage service areas to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor food and beverage presentation, portion sizes, and temperature to ensure consistency and adherence to established standards.

Requirements

A Diploma in hotel management, previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry, and strong leadership and team-building skills are required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and thorough knowledge of food and beverage operations are also essential.
