**Job Role**

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team at a leading hotel in Konza. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

This role requires a strong focus on delivering high-quality service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and working efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

**Responsibilities**

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
  • Ensure the front office area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain office inventory.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

- At least two years of relevant work experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
