**Job Description**

A leading hotel in Konza seeks an individual with excellent customer service skills to manage the front office operations. The successful candidate will provide warm and efficient services to clients, ensuring a positive experience.

The role involves greeting, assisting, and directing visitors, handling phone calls and email correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing staff calendars.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
• Manage the front office environment, ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
• Handle phone calls, respond to emails, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics and catering arrangements.
• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain office inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

- A diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.

- At least two years of relevant work experience.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
