Key Roles in Fraud and Risk Strategy

We are seeking a Risk & Fraud Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fraud detection and risk management framework tailored to our online betting operations.

• You will monitor transactions, user activity, and payment flows to identify suspicious behaviors or potential vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and resolve fraud cases efficiently while minimizing customer impact.
• Develop and optimize risk rules and strategies based on data insights.
• Collaborate closely with operations, compliance, product, and tech teams to ensure tight integration across departments.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, fraud typologies, and new tech to ensure proactive protection measures.
• Provide regular reporting and analysis to key stakeholders on risk levels, performance, and incidents.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in fraud or risk management, preferably in the online betting or iGaming industry.
• A deep understanding of fraud prevention tools, payment flows, and AML considerations.
• Strong analytical thinking, pattern recognition, and decision-making skills.
• A proactive mindset – you must be willing to build processes from scratch.
• Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
