At Employd Staffing Solutions Ltd, we are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all the jobs are included in the job planning schedule and either the team leader or the field team leader has contacted the client to agree the audit time frame.

This role involves reviewing the audit plan for Partner approval; supervising the audit team and reviewing the work thereby ensuring that the work carried out by the team is in accordance with the audit plan, Audit Methodology and Quality Assurance and Risk Containment Policies; within the budgeted time; and ensuring that the key engagement issues are identified and resolved on a timely basis.

Key responsibilities of this role include checking for any conflict at the proposal stage and before the firm accepts any engagements and ensuring management is updated where required.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance or related field and 7 years' experience in a professional accounting firm in accounting and/or auditing field with at least 4 year in a managerial position.

He/She should hold technical and professional qualification in Audit (CPA), relevant membership and experience in providing technical advisory services to audit engagement teams or clients.

This individual will be result-oriented, able to handle multiple and conflicting priorities, and work under strict deadlines.
