Sales Role:

The Luxury Sales Executive will be responsible for managing existing high-end client accounts, driving new sales opportunities, and identifying growth potential within the luxury alcoholic beverage segment. This role requires a deep understanding of premium brands, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to meet and exceed sales targets in the on-trade and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Manage and cultivate relationships with existing clients, including upscale bars, restaurants, clubs, and wholesalers, to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
    • Provide continuous support to clients, ensuring they are well-informed about product offerings, promotions, and new launches.
  • Sales Growth:
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the luxury alcoholic beverage market to expand the customer base.
    • Develop and execute strategies to identify growth areas and maximize sales in assigned territories.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify challenges and opportunities.
    • Use market insights to tailor sales approaches and strategies for premium and luxury clients.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track sales performance and institute corrective actions to achieve and exceed targets.
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market conditions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically in the premium or luxury alcoholic beverages industry.
  • Proven experience working with upscale on-trade outlets, wholesalers, and distributors of high-end wines and spirits.
  • A deep understanding and appreciation of luxury alcoholic brands.

Estimated Salary: KES 50,000 - 60,000
