Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced food and beverage cost controller to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing cost control accounts, preparing reports for senior management, and collaborating with department heads to control costs within their respective areas.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, preferably with a degree in accounting, procurement, or CPA intermediate. Additionally, they should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a hotel environment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring and analyzing cost control accounts
  • Preparing reports for senior management
  • Collaborating with department heads to control costs
  • Conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory levels and transactions


The successful candidate will also have excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as a customer-oriented approach. They should be able to work effectively in a team environment and have strong collaboration skills. Knowledge of food safety and cost control principles and practices is also essential.
