The Hotel Department Head - Rooms Division is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the rooms division, ensuring that all guests receive an exceptional level of service and care.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise the front office and housekeeping teams, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including personalized service, VIP amenities, and special touches.">
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback, using this information to make improvements to the rooms division.">
  • Work closely with other hotel departments, including sales, marketing, food and beverage, and maintenance, to coordinate activities and share information.">
  • Ensure that all safety and security procedures are followed, and that the hotel maintains a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a MICE setting as a Room Divisions Manager.">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.">
  • A proactive and self-initiating approach, with a keen eye for detail.">
