The Guest Experience Director is responsible for overseeing the entire guest experience, from check-in to check-out, to ensure that every guest leaves feeling valued and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall guest experience, including personalized service, VIP amenities, and special touches.">
  • Lead and manage the front office team, including front desk agents, concierge, and guest services staff, to ensure smooth operations and efficient guest check-in and check-out processes.">
  • Oversee the reservation department, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room reservations and group bookings.">
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for guest accommodations, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.">
  • Work closely with other hotel departments, including sales, marketing, food and beverage, and maintenance, to coordinate activities and share information.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a MICE setting as a Room Divisions Manager.">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.">
  • A proactive and self-initiating approach, with a keen eye for detail.">
