Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate travel schedules and itineraries for inbound and outbound tours.
- Manage logistical arrangements for tours, including transportation, accommodations, and activities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote travel packages and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel plans, and expenses.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in travel operations or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of the travel industry, including destination geography and cultural norms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in travel software, CRM systems, and MS Office.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Valid Passport.
