Job Description:
At Sterling credit ltd, we are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front office administrator and receptionist. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our front office. This role is broader and may include both receptionist duties and additional office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and files in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events as needed.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or related field an asset.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
