We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our hotel's rooms division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing front office and housekeeping departments, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and direct front office and housekeeping resources to achieve departmental goals and objectives.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize guest satisfaction levels and revenue opportunities within the room division.">
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.">
  • Lead and manage the front office team, including front desk agents, concierge, and guest services staff.">
  • Oversee the reservation department, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room reservations and group bookings.">
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance standards for guest accommodations, conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with brand standards.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in hospitality, business management, or a related field.">
  • At least 5 years of experience in a MICE setting as a Room Divisions Manager.">
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.">
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.">
  • A proactive and self-initiating approach, with a keen eye for detail.">
