At Sagan, we are seeking a detail-oriented Data Quality Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data provided to our clients.
Job DescriptionAs a Data Quality Expert, your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and editing documents generated from ETL templates, identifying and correcting OCR errors, and ensuring that all client stipulations are accurately incorporated into the final deliverables. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to maintain the highest levels of data quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Download and review ETL-generated templates, ensuring they match the client-provided specifications.
- Identify and correct OCR (Optical Character Recognition) errors and amendments in claims by comparing the current version with the last filed claims.
- Modify rejection statements to fit the client's specific formatting and phrasing requirements.
- Ensure all cited art is included, OCR'd, and annotated as per client requests.
- Verify the inclusion of company analytics reports in the packet, downloading them again if necessary.
- Maintain the highest levels of data quality by making necessary changes and edits to documents and files before re-uploading.
We are looking for an exceptional candidate with strong attention to detail, proficiency in English, and the ability to interpret complex client instructions. A Windows machine is highly preferred over a Mac. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word) and Adobe is essential.
