Nathan HR Human Resources is seeking an experienced HR Functional Consultant to optimize our HR systems and processes. This critical role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders, including HR teams, IT specialists, and business partners, to ensure seamless integration of HR technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Process Analysis and Optimization
    • Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine HR workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Recommend and implement best practices for HR operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • System Implementation and Configuration
    • Lead or support the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or other HR technology platforms, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.
    • Configure systems to meet business needs, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and benefits modules.
    • Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Project Management
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for HR technology initiatives, aligning with organizational objectives.
    • Coordinate between HR, IT, and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of projects and optimal resource allocation.
    • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Training and Support
    • Train HR teams and end-users on system functionalities and updates, ensuring efficient adoption and utilization.
    • Create user manuals, training materials, and support documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and self-service.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation, addressing technical issues and resolving conflicts.
  • Data Management and Reporting
    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Develop and generate custom reports to meet organizational needs, providing actionable insights for data-driven decision-making.
    • Support HR analytics and data visualization efforts, fostering a culture of evidence-based decision-making.
  • Compliance and Security
    • Ensure HR systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements, mitigating risks and avoiding penalties.
    • Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system security and data privacy, protecting sensitive information and preventing unauthorized access.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS implementation, or a similar role, demonstrating expertise and accomplishments.
    • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.), showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
    • Project management experience, with PMP or Agile certifications preferred, highlighting leadership and coordination abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging creativity and attention to detail to drive results.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
    Salary:

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
