Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Process Analysis and Optimization
    • Evaluate existing HR processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to document and refine HR workflows, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
    • Recommend and implement best practices for HR operations, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • System Implementation and Configuration
    • Lead or support the implementation of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or other HR technology platforms, ensuring smooth deployment and minimal disruption.

  • Compliance and Security

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS implementation, or a similar role, demonstrating expertise and accomplishments.
    • Strong understanding of HR functions and processes, including recruitment, payroll, benefits, and compliance.
    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.), showcasing technical skills and adaptability.
    • Project management experience, with PMP or Agile certifications preferred, highlighting leadership and coordination abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, leveraging creativity and attention to detail to drive results.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and stakeholder engagement across diverse groups.
    Salary:

$110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
