Job Summary:

This role oversees a company's online presence, developing and implementing strategies to promote the brand awareness, direct engagement with target customers and drive sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels (website, email, SEO, PPC, etc.) to achieve business objectives.
2. Managing social media presence, creating and curating content for social media platforms, managing social media calendars, and engaging with online communities.
3. Creating high-quality written and visual content for social media and websites, ensuring brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
4. Monitoring and analyzing website and social media performance using analytic tools, identifying trends, and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
5. Managing digital marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
6. Staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
7. Collaborating with internal teams (marketing, sales, design) and external agencies to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns.
8. Fostering positive engagement with online communities, responding to comments and inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
9. Utilizing digital marketing efforts to generate leads and drive conversions for online selling.

RequirementsQualifications, Experience and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree/diploma in marketing, business, graphic design, advertising or related field from a reputable institution.
  • Digital savvy: Proven experience in practical application of digital technology AI tools and social media usage.
  • Strategic thinking: Developing and implementing effective digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Communication: Effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and technologies.
  • SEO knowledge: Understanding of search engine optimization principles.

Content Creation:
Creating engaging content for various digital channels.
