Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for driving traffic, conversions, and patient bookings by improving our search visibility, optimizing paid campaigns, and dominating our local and online space.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Audit and optimize our website for speed, structure, and on-page SEO
  • Improve and maintain Google search rankings for priority keywords (chiropractic, laser hair removal, etc.)
  • Monitor keyword performance, fix technical SEO issues, and build backlinks if needed
  • Work closely with content creators to ensure blog/landing pages are SEO-friendly
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns for lead generation and clinic bookings
  • Track conversions and ROAS, split-test ad creatives and copy
  • Scale winning campaigns and pause under-performers proactively

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 6+ years' experience in SEO and PPC (Google Ads essential)
  • Proven track record of increasing search rankings and lowering ad costs
  • Solid understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience managing TikTok & Facebook Ads
  • Familiarity with video-first platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
  • Ability to build, manage, and report on performance dashboards

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with CRM platforms (Keap, GHL) and Local SEO optimization.
