Aminika Manpower ltd is seeking a skilled Safety Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard identification to minimize potential risks.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents promptly and thoroughly, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide regular EHS training to employees to ensure they are aware of their responsibilities and have the necessary skills to perform their jobs safely.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage and maintain safety equipment, personal protective equipment (PPE), and other resources.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to EHS policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date EHS records and documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications, such as OSHA or NEBOSH.
  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
