Spa Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated Spa Manager to be part of our prestigious 5-Star Hotel team in South Sudan.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional experiences for our guests by embodying and elevating the essence of relaxation and wellness.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes scheduling, facility management, and health and safety regulations compliance.
• Hire, train, and manage spa staff, including therapists, receptionists, and maintenance workers, to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and promptly resolving any issues.
• Develop and manage the spa's budget, including setting financial goals, monitoring expenditures, and implementing plans to increase profitability.
• Create and execute marketing and promotional strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Manage the spa supplies, products, and equipment inventory, maintain adequate stock levels, and order new supplies as necessary.
• Regularly evaluate service quality and client satisfaction and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop long-term goals and business strategies for the spa, identify growth and expansion opportunities, and incorporate industry trends and innovations.
• Ensure the spa complies with all health regulations and safety standards, including cleanliness and hygiene.
• Create efficient work schedules for staff and ensure enough staff members are available to meet customer demand.

• Degree or certification in hospitality management, business administration, or related field.
• Five years of work experience as a spa manager or similar role.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Understand and create financial reports, budgeting, and marketing strategies.
• Leadership or other supervisory experience.
• Advanced skills in accounting software and inventory management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
