We are seeking a dedicated front office manager to be part of a prestigious 5-Star Hotel in South Sudan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate all front desk activities, including calls, reservations and guests' services.
  • E nsure the front desk is tidy and has all necessary stationery and material.
  • Train, supervise and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards and call center agents.
  • Schedule shifts to ensure timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customers' requests.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Monitor stock and order office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure proper mail distribution and maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Front desk manager or Reception manager.
  • Degree in front office management or related course.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with proficiency in English (oral and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with solid knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Good problem-solving skills and hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers).
