Primary Duties:- Establish and maintain high standards of spa services, focusing on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Lead a team of spa managers and coordinators, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate partnerships with external organizations to promote our brand and services.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, adapting our approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with hotel objectives and optimal use of resources.
- Minimum five years of senior-level experience in spa management or related field.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive business growth and improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
