The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Preparing and cooking a variety of Kenyan and international dishes to the highest standards.
- Managing the kitchen team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in food production or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a senior kitchen role, preferably in a busy restaurant or hotel.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
