The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and developing project schedules.

They will be responsible for negotiating and administering contracts with clients, as well as reviewing and evaluating work to ensure quality and timeliness.

The successful candidate will also provide input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions, and oversee personnel needs, including coaching, training, and evaluating loader performance.
