Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.

The scope of work includes:

  • Developing and implementing annual digital marketing plans, coordinating digital marketing activities, and managing online sales and promotion programs.
  • Conducting market research, monitoring competitor activities, and identifying opportunities for growth and market penetration in the digital space.
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to create and execute effective digital marketing campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Managing day-to-day digital marketing activities, including social media management and content creation.

Main Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities and customer satisfaction in the digital space.
  • Collaborating with departmental heads to develop new revenue-generating ideas in digital marketing.
  • Submitting monthly digital marketing reports, competitive pricing analysis, plans for the upcoming month, and sales analysis reports.
  • Participating in regional and international trade shows and exhibitions as needed.
  • Uploading and enhancing the hotel's brand image through consistent messaging and visual identity across all digital marketing channels.

Key Qualifications

  • At least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably working in digital marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, specifically in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication and people skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
