Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Office Manager to lead the front desk operations at our prestigious 5-Star Hotel in South Sudan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all front desk activities, including calls, reservations, and guests' services.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the front desk is tidy and well-stocked with necessary stationery and materials.
  • Train, supervise, and support office staff, including receptionists, security guards, and call center agents.
  • Schedule shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Provide timely and accurate customer service.
  • Handle complaints and specific customers' requests.
  • Troubleshoot emergencies promptly.
  • Monitor stock levels and order office supplies as needed.
  • Ensure proper mail distribution.
  • Prepare and monitor office budgets.
  • Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and security requirements.

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Front Desk Manager or Reception Manager.
  • Degree in Front Office Management or related field.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
