Job Overview
The HRBP Executive is responsible for collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to drive overall Hospital Business Performance. This includes managing HR processes, optimizing process efficiency, and spearheading strategy execution across the Group.

The primary goal is to ensure optimal and efficient hospital operations for delivery of compassionate care with exceptional patient experience as a major driver of overall business performance. The role requires someone who can analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and execute strategic initiatives effectively.

Key Accountabilities
• Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement strategies that drive overall Hospital Business Performance.
• Manage HR processes, optimize process efficiency, and spearhead strategy execution across the Group.
• Analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and execute strategic initiatives effectively.
• Foster effective relationships with stakeholders and communicate strategically within the organization.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of best practices in HR and organizational development.

Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum 2 years' experience working as a HRBP/Business Administrative Executive or HR executive in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a business-related course with specialization in Human Resources Management.
• CHRP Certification will be an added advantage.
• Excellent Corporate Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage/lead Organizational Development
