    • Support the development of innovation strategy for our organization in coordination with senior leadership and the Digital Health team.">
    • Lead efforts to identify, landscape, and cultivate appropriate partnerships to build relevant pipeline initiatives aligned with our strategic plan and innovation strategy.">
    • Oversee the development and refinement of innovation design to generate evidence of impact, cost effectiveness, and scalability.">
    • Strengthen innovation processes, approaches, and tools that drive user acceptance and fast learning cycles.">

  • Project Coordination:">
    • ">
    • Oversee project management cycles of key innovation initiatives and ensure effective learning cycles balancing results, speed, and agility.">
    • Ensure timely execution of innovation-related restricted funding projects and compliance with donor requirements.">
    • Oversee partnership and/or donor management as relevant.">
    • Co-create innovative solutions with government/key stakeholders to enable easy and quick adoption into national policies and strategies.">

  • People Management:">
    • ">
    • Recruit, manage, and develop an effective innovation team.">
    • Bring out the best in people and foster a culture of high performance and engagement aligned with our values.">
    • Develop and infuse a UX and innovation culture across the organization.">

  • Business Development and Advocacy:">
    • ">
    • In collaboration with the Business Development team, drive fundraising efforts to finance innovation initiatives, including developing high-quality proposals and partnerships.">
    • Capture lessons learned from initiatives, develop insights, and case studies on innovations to inform future programming, influence policies, and practice, and increase visibility.">
    • Participate in global and regional health innovations forums to share insights and position our organization as a thought leader in the innovation space.">
    • Engage with prospect and technical funders, as well as strategic partners, related to innovations.">

Essential Qualifications, Experience, & Attributes:

">
  • ">
  • Master's degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Technology, or a related field.">
  • Professional certifications in Digital Health and Project Management desirable.">
  • Minimum of 10 years relevant experience with over 7 years supervisory experience and at least 4 years managing teams.">
  • Forward thinking.">
  • Ability to analyze, comprehend, and articulate operational goals and strategic plans to guide decision-making.">
  • Provides leadership in effective management and stewardship of programs.">
  • Ability to communicate both inside and outside the organization and make formal presentations.">
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills and high levels of integrity.">
  • Builds commitment through collaboration, consultation, and consideration of stakeholders and teams.">
  • Strong interest in digital health/experience working in the digital health sector and/or public health innovation, with a track record in development and deployment of innovations within private or public sectors, including end-to-end management of the innovation cycle.">
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience of virtual and data-driven solutions within healthcare (e.g., telehealth, e-learning, digitized supply chains).">
  • Track record in driving organizational learning, knowledge management, and documentation of best practices.">
