Job Title

Job Summary

This position provides support for the day-to-day operations of a project implementation, including coordination, administrative tasks, and compliance with organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement work plans and activities, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate meetings, workshops, and events, including preparation of agendas and follow-up on action points.
  • Maintain communication and information flow between stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against work plans and deliverables, escalating issues for timely resolution.
  • Perform routine administrative tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field required.
  • Minimum three years of experience in project coordination or management within international development or health sectors.
  • Familiarity with global health governance frameworks is an asset.
