Key Responsibilities:- Customer Communication:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, prospects, and partners via email, messaging platforms, and phone.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and helpful information.
- Manage and organize customer communication records.
- Troubleshoot customer problems.
- Executive Support:
- Assist the CEO with managing their email inbox and responding to correspondence.
- Schedule appointments and manage the CEO's calendar.
- Prepare and organize documents and presentations.
- Assist with special projects as needed.
- Help to organize and keep track of important documents.
- Real Estate Support:
- Assist with property listings and marketing efforts.
- Conduct market research and gather data on real estate trends.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
- Help to maintain the CRM.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (e.g., internships, part-time roles, or relevant coursework).
- Few months of experience in a customer experience (CX) role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a university program (preferably in business, real estate, or a related field).
- Valuable hands-on experience in the real estate industry.
