**About the Role:** As an Institutional Deposit Specialist at Lolc Kenya Microfinance PLC, you will play a critical role in growing our institutional liability base. You will be responsible for sourcing deposits from new bookings, opening profitable non-borrowing accounts, and acting as the primary point of contact for liability products/deposits.


**Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies to grow institutional liability base.
  • Source deposits from new bookings.
  • Open profitable non-borrowing accounts.
  • Act as primary point of contact for liability products/deposits.
  • Provide guidance to other departments on liability products as required.
  • Cross-sell other products to managed/existing base.
  • Participate/conduct marketing initiatives and campaigns aimed at liability business drive while liaising with Business Development team.

**Requirements:


  • Minimum two years financial services experience in SME banking and Liability Sales.
  • Undergraduate bachelor's degree or Diploma in a Business field such as Commerce/Finance/Accounting from a recognized institution.
  • Complete knowledge of general Liability products.
  • Self-starter with ability to achieve corporate goals.
  • Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and relationship building skills and team player.
