Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Lawyer to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert legal support and advice on corporate law, financial and banking regulations, contract negotiation, and litigation management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert legal advice on corporate law, financial and banking regulations, contract negotiation, and litigation management.
  • Manage and oversee the structuring and execution of transactions in line with applicable laws, market practice, and our practices, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • First Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Law (KSL)
  • Duly Admitted Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
  • Active member of the Law Society of Kenya (LSK)
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in case planning, development, and management, legal research, drafting, and analyzing legal documents
  • Proven experience in contract negotiation, litigation management, risk assessment, and structuring and execution of transactions
