Nursing Care

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will provide direct patient care and lead other assigned team members in delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

• Utilize the nursing process to identify, assess, and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care that addresses physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, religious, and environmental factors.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care that promote patient independence, safety, and well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care, ensure continuity of services, and optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment by ensuring patient privacy, promoting respectful communication, and adhering to established policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

• A South Carolina or Compact State RN License; American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Behavioral care experience is preferred.
