Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled AI Video Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on creating compelling video content to join our remote team. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-quality marketing videos that showcase our Microsoft expertise and drive our German market expansion. You will work closely with our marketing and business development teams to ensure our video content effectively communicates our value proposition and builds trust with enterprise clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and produce viral video content using advanced AI tools such as Sora, Veo3, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway ML, and similar platforms.

Create engaging short-form video content optimized for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok to maximize reach and engagement.

Use Midjourney for initial image creation and sequence design that feeds into video production workflows.

Generate AI-powered audio content using Suno and other audio AI tools to complement video productions.

Produce Creative viral video content to support our market expansion efforts.

Transform written content, case studies, and technical documentation into engaging viral video narratives.

Produce client success stories, testimonial videos, and thought leadership content featuring our Microsoft alumni team.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop video content strategies that align with business objectives and viral marketing goals.

Manage the complete video production cycle from initial image generation to final delivery and platform optimization.

Stay updated on emerging AI video, audio, and image generation technologies and apply them into operations and activities.

Requirements:

Proven work experience in viral video marketing and short-form content creation.

Extensive experience with short-form video platforms (YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, TikTok) and understanding of viral content strategies.

Extensive familiarity with AI video generation tools (Sora, Veo3, HeyGen, Synthesia, Runway ML, Lumen5, InVideo, or similar platforms).

Experience with Midjourney for image generation and visual sequence creation.

Proficiency in AI audio generation tools, particularly Suno, for creating background music and audio elements.

Strong understanding of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or AI-powered alternatives like Descript.

Good understanding of viral marketing strategies, social media algorithms, and B2B enterprise sales cycles.

Ability to manage multiple video projects, multitask, and meet tight deadlines for viral content opportunities.

Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail in video and audio production.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and enterprise solutions.

Experience with B2B viral marketing campaigns in the tech or recruiting industry.

Familiarity with additional AI tools such as ElevenLabs for voice generation and other emerging AI content creation platforms.

Understanding of social media analytics and viral content performance metrics.
